Vinnie Side Table

The Vinnie side table stems from the desire to create a space in which to place and conceal all the objects that orbit around a sofa (magazines, books, remote controls, etc.) The result is a circular top, cut in half, with a higher portion and a deeper recess for storage. The table is made with the same technique utilized for the cylinders of drums, with a continuous, seamless piece of plywood. Hence the name, a tribute to Vinnie Colaiuta, an American with Italian origin considered by many to be the world’s greatest living drummer. Side table/bedside table in open pore lacquered ash, available in red and blue.
