Rodi are contemporary low tables made by Italian artisans in painted and spray coated Polystyrene. It is part of the collectible design language Rodi that has been developed by the Edizione Limitata’s art research team in Milan. They started to develop this aesthetic from references to natural landscapes sculpted by time and weather. The name ‘Rodi’ refers to the characteristic environment of the Greek island in the Mediterranean Sea. Like a rock formation that is carved by wind, sun, and sea, each level is so polished that it takes our minds directly into this salt concretion.
