Conceived in collaboration with The Office Group and Norm Architects, the multi-functional chair adapts to a wide range of needs and interior styles. It addresses the design challenges shared by spaces both private and public, making it as appealing in homes as in conferences, boardrooms, and co-working lounges. Drawing on The Office Group’s extensive knowledge of workplace needs, the Co Dining Chair pairs a lightweight, minimalist profile with great seating comfort—and the option to stack up to 15 chairs in a compact tower. The design’s contoured form and warm materials bring Norm Architects’ signature, human-centred minimalism to residential and hospitality applications. The latest material expression to join the Co Dining Chair collection is an injection-moulded recycled plastic which is utilized for the seat, back and armrests. Sourced from industrial manufacturers in Europe, the material is recycled to reduce waste and to reduce the production of new plastic. The durable, matte-finish material works in concert with the Co Dining Chair plastic version’s sleek, black powder-coated steel frames. Four different colours are available, making the Co Dining Chair Plastic version a versatile contemporary classic suited to a myriad of tastes. The form is distinguished by a wide and strategically-angled backrest to allow freedom of movement and provide maximum comfort, whilst the robust frame casts an intriguing silhouette. Optional armrests further elevate a sense of comfort and allow the chair to be suspended off the ground for easy cleaning.
